PE "Parkinzi" Ltd Gradacac company performs communal activity, maintenance of public parking space, which is of the public interest.

Besides these,company performs the following activities:

• demolition and preparation works on the construction site,
• wholesale of flowers and plants, wood, construction materials, sanitary equipment, hardware, industrial materials, devices and equipment for plumbing and heating,
• retail sale of hardware, paints and glass in specialized stores, flowers, plants, seeds, fertilizers, pet animals and pet food in specialized stores,
• Other amusement and recreation activities,
• planning services and
• maintenance of green areas, the work of sports facilities and others.

 
The Assembly of the company is the highest body of the management of the company , and the authorizations of the Assembly are carried out by the municipal mayor. Supervisory Board consists of three(3) members and those are:president and two members. Management of the company  is conducted  by the director of the company,who also represents the management of the company..
